We had a fair amount of time to walk around. We entered the Underground City from Palais de Congrès. The Underground City connects a lot of buildings and subway stations so that denizens can stay warm during the winter. While it is called the "Underground City" there are some passages that require you to go above ground (bridges over roadways and such) while indoors.
Some of the building atriums are very cavernous.
There is also a mall section that is very impressive and had a fountain.
One may apparently come across random art installations.
